A track I layed down for the film 'To Those who Wait.' I improvised the vocals... Gotta give it up for my man El-Mahdi for the wicked piano groove. This is the result of about 3 hours of mixing/editing.

An experimental progressive breaks track, try saying that three times fast... This track was mixed for a live set, I faded in and out to cut away everything but the meat and potatoes. *Remastered version coming soon

A classic oldie... this was my first experimentation in breaks (also my first electronic track with a chorus/verse structure, acoustic instrumentation, synth sampling... the list goes on).

DP + Kontact 2. Every sample in this piece was derived from a recording of my friend Elizabeth Hoffman's voice.

Kontakt2 + Digital Performer. I multisampled my acoustic guitar (71 samples) and used it to play an original composition. The percussion is all samples from random noises made with the guitar.

The project required that I transition through various ideas. I started with the concept of old school video game music, completely warped it, and then twisted it into a melodrama (while transitioning to new school sounds).

This piece was composed six years ago when I was enrolled in a summer program on "computers music and the virtual orchestra." It was an amazing two weeks, every time I play this song I can feel the sun on my face again.
