When you LEASE a beat, you are buying the beat to use on as many projects as you want and making as much money off of the beat as you want. I still receive FULL PRODUCTION CREDIT and MUST be listed as a producer on the CD or whatever you release it on. ALL beats are leased for $25 dollars. If at any time I sell exclusive rights to the beat you leased, I will contact you and no further work can be done with that beat unless the buyer consents to it. You can still use it on whatever you have already done with it, but you can't do anything more with it. WHEN LEASING TO AN ARTIST ON A MAJOR LABEL, I WE WILL DISCUSS A ROYALTY FEE OVER THE PHONE, E-MAIL OR INSTANT MESSAGING. The beat will be sent to you through E-Mail, Instant messanger, or on CD through the mail in any file format you want.
When you purchase EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS for a beat, you are buying the beat to be used as many times as you want on anything that you want, and I cannot sell the beat again or use it in any way, shape, or form without your consent. I still receive FULL PRODUCTION CREDIT and MUST be listed as a producer on the CD or whatever you release it on. If someone has already leased the beat but you still want exclusive rights to it, I will notify the leasee and let them know that they cannot use the beat on any FURTHER projects other than what they have ALREADY used it for. I will also make CUSTOM BEATS for artists. These beats CANNOT beat leased and generally cost more than a beat I have already made due to personalization, labor time, and quality. Prices on exclusive beats vary depending on the quality of the beat, the value of the promotion I will get from the artist, whether it's on a mixtape or album, how many units the artist is planning on moving, and what level the artist is on as far as being known.
