Swamp Swamp
First few minutes guitars - rock. After that a sweaty hot swampy music. Version1.02
Krrrkkbeepbeepkrrrrk Krrrkkbeepbeepkrrrrk
I really liked developing this composition, expect strange noises, some guitars and a long and easy part @ the end. Almost 10 minutes.
Waiting for the Sun Waiting for the Sun
Waiting for something or someone. During those dark hours, to brighten your existence Recorded in 2005, but I messed up during mixdown. Especially my vocals, way too loud/present. All better now, in september 2007.
Beat around the bush Beat around the bush
Instrumental up tempo with a road guitar. Early song, beats the hell out of me but I don't know exactly when I did this one. Maybe winter 2003/2004.
Deja Vu (DJ) Deja Vu (DJ)
First 2.20 minutes all synths, after that guitars take over. To end in a Guns and Roses in their good days style. Thought about some lyrics but that's on the backburner for now. This track was visible since september 2006
This page is dedicated to the music of PPI.
In July 2006 I finished rebuilding-assembling my music gear after moving to a new place.
I made 8 tracks since then.
Almost 50 minutes new music.
Krrrkkbeepbeepkrrrrk is one of the tracks that worked out really well imo, I like it a lot.
At the moment I'm taking some kind of a break. "Short Visit on a Sunny Afternoon" is the last and rather strange track I made, somewhere in spring 2007.
So a break after 7 months of intense music making looks appropriate.
I got to get some fresh inspiration and I got/want to learn to play percussion and drums on a Roland SPD-20.
The SPD-20 percussion pad is a start, if I like it I might be persuaded into buying a complete electronic drumkit somewhere in the future.
But for the time being I expect I will start delivering fresh music again later this year.
Till that time there are 24 tracks from the past.
Music in very much different styles, sometimes it's Rock, sometimes it's not.....I started making music many years ago, trying to play guitar. .
Nowadays I use synthesizers, samplers, computers and whatever I come up with to create music, sometimes its fun and sometimes it is a struggle...........Have you performed in front of an audience?Think Pink Floyd, the Doors, Bowie, Lou Reed, Hendrix, Guitars, and much more. Most used gear:
Synths: Korg ms 2000, Virus A, Nord Lead 2X.
Fender guitar,Roland GP-100 and Roland VG 8-EX
Lexicon mpx1, Roland s750 sampler and not to forget Cubase.
