Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Air Apparent was formed in 1978 in Washington, DC with Armen on violin, Frank Kimbrough on piano, Ed Howard on bass and Steve Williams on drums. Frank, Ed and Steve all went on to accomplished musical careers, armen chose to play jazz as a sideline. Since re-grouping in Augusta in 1996, Air Apparent
performed a steady engagement at the Partridge Inn, free-lanced at local special events and private engagements, and was named Best Jazz Group and Best Dance Group by Augusta Magazine.
