Every song should tell a story, just as in life even the most simple themes can have the greatest importance.
This is the core of Ahriakin's music.
Born and raised in Ireland Ahriakin's compositional roots began there on the Commodore 64 home computer, progressing to the Amiga. After a hiatus of 8 years he finally returned to music and moved to the US in 2002, leaving the caves and actually buying a keyboard and sequencer (Wonders never cease).
Having spent 4 years in Africa, and travelled around the world (literally) in 35 days has absolutely nothing to do with the music you are by now listening - but it does make him sound more exotic doesn't it....Have you performed in front of an audience? No live play yet Im afraid....
Your musical influences
Orbital , William Orbit, Mike Oldfield, This Mortal Coil, James Newton Howard, James Horner, Prodigy and The Crystal Method. What equipment do you use?
There is a full list of the software and hardware I use at my home site http://www.whisperbetweenworlds.com . Also a list of the instruments used for each song.Anything else?
Download, and enjoy, but remember this isn't music you will dance to or likely pop on at a party. Reading a great book? Want a theme to your imagination's wanderings, that's more likely to fit.
