Ahimsa
ahimsa A Buddhist and Hindu doctrine expressing belief in the sacredness of all living creatures and urging the avoidance of harm and violence. Ahimsa, is from Eugene, Oregon, is an alternative/melodic rock group that looks at music in an attempt not to mimic others, but be inspired musically to create solid and atmospheric music. Within Ahimsa there are four members: Gabe Bledsoe, Warren Baumann, Spencer Emch, and Noah Frisch.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We just formed as of January of 2004, and we have come a long ways with creating music and enjoying what we produce.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We are a relatively new band. We are working on setting up shows with the release of our new demo.
Your musical influences
Influences come from many artists such as Incubus, Silverchair, Hoobastank, and yet there are so many more that each individual is inspired by.
