Afro Bassist
Hey people, my name is Arik, and I play the bass.(mind-blowing, eh?) I'm working on some solo stuff, and that's about it for now, cuz my band is done like dinner. Anyhoo, like I said, I'm working on some solo stuff right now, and it's ALL crap now, but someday, it may be listenable.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I've only played live once, and that was just f*ckin around on a junk bass at some kid's party. I may do my skool talent show this year though.
Your musical influences
My greatest musical influences are Victor Wooten, Stuart Hamm, Les Claypool, and Michael "Flea" Balzary.
What equipment do you use?
I have a Schecter Stilleto Custom-4 bass and a Crate BX-50 amp. That's all right now, I'll keep ya informed on any new toys I get.
