Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Advantage to Crush is the definition of what rock is and what rock will become. Their influential souns is a collaboration of ideas that emerge as a seamless blend of innovative rhythms, compelling dynamics, and driving yet graceful melody. Fronted by a distinct and powerful voice, Advantage expels lyrical and musical wisdom well beyond that which is entering the ears of most listeners today.
Birthed in 2001, Advantage to Crush surfaced with acoustic demos from Luch (pronounced ‘looch’) and T.Gunn. A short time later, Jerome stepped in, adding to the energy that now defines their music. The trio spent the next year writing songs and developing a tight personal and musical bond. Early in 2002, Jive (of Dynamike Studios and long time friend of Advantage) added bass and the band began playing out. In 2004, Matt joined the band adding second guitar and completing the lineup
Advantage to Crush has combined their many talents, unique vision, and self-sufficiency to spawn an attitude and musical state of mind all their own. Advantage is on a mission to gain allies, friends, and influences, playing anywhere, any time, with one goal in mind.to rock.
