This performer began his musical journey at the tender age of two, when he sang his first words to ?Tears for Fears? hit single ?Shout?. It was at this early age where Adonis revealed the power of his voice and embarked on a mission to uncover his love for melody and harmony. ADONIS?s story began when his father escaped Lebanon?s Civil War during the early 80's and found refuge in Canada?s Motor City of Windsor where he later met Adonis?s mother (daughter of Italian immigrants). The young couple discovered each other?s cultural differences as well as similar traditional values which they have extended to Adonis. ADONIS is an astonishing vocalist with a range that covers many musical spans. His feel and creativity is reminiscent to that of a modern day ?Motowner?. Adonis draws together a mixture of musical genres including moving love songs as well as an exclusive R & B pop sound. His music and recordings air an excitement from his body and soul. Adonis has earned the respect of fans through his true openness and sense of understanding. His simple personality features qualities of pop cultures all alike. Today, Adonis continues to create fresh ideas and entertains the music world with the feelings of wanting to dance, or the feeling of wanting to cry, or just being happy.
