Ad Ombra is a romanian orchestral/experimental project founded in 2005 by George D. Stanciulescu,
The first release "Smaragdine"(also introducing Maximilian Lupu as co-arranger) displays a dramatic adventure throughout the tradition of Western orchestral music,  pervaded with a sense of contemporary vision and experimentalism. An unique communion of sounds, enhanced by the fragrance of the sampled vocals contributes to a generous and genuine investigation of inner peaks.
