ADW is a up and comming Industrial/Rock band. We just got our synth so we are filtering it into our music. We are comprised of 5 members:
Jake:V drums,synth
Pete:Vocals, samples
Aj:lead guitar
Evan: bass

A DARKNESS WITHIN'S BIO
Actually, ADW has a big history. Jake was the former drummer for the band "Death By Tear". Upon his depart from that band, he found a guitarist named Justin. They dubbed themselves "Lost All Faith". They made a few songs but had a hard time finding other band mates. Around the same time, AJ was creating a band with his friend Alex Veal called "Dark Descendent". Around December, Jake became friends with Pete and Dave through a class they had together. So, his band was basically complete... or so he thought.
Justin left Washington H.S. in January. This left "Lost All Faith" with no guitarist. "Dark Descendent" never really left the garage stage, they asked Jake to be their drummer. Jake said "I have a better idea". Lets combine our bands because we both need each others playing abilities. This is when ADW, or A Darkness Within was formed.
By this time it was around May, we decided to kick out Alex Veal because of his parents who dont want him to be a metalhead. We finally started practicing and making songs together. We almost kicked Dave out because he could never come, but now he dosent care what his mom says.
We were lost without our rhythm guitarist, so we got Alex Veal back. Dave quit comming, so now we finally are complete with Evan. Now here we are. A hard rock/ metal band. We have about 7 songs were trying to record. The band is locked so to speak. No one else in, no one else out. We have many influences such as: Deadsy, Staind, Slipknot, KoRn, Metallica, Slayer, Manson, Fear Factory,Orgy, Guns 'n' Roses, Nirvana, and many more. Look for our Demo cd, and gigs soon...

even though this is that green day song, this still has a good heavy raw sound to it and the vocals are good also.
