Reverb is a blend of skilled and creative music-lovers staging the artwork of John Mayer, Jason Mraz, Justin Timberlake, Lisa Loeb, Mandy Moore, Alanis Morissette, Wilson Phillips, and a rich number of local artists. Reverb has no specific genre and strives very hard to cover a rich variety of tunes that will be very entertaining to the Filipino taste. Equipped with a couple of guitars and some percussion instruments, Reverb will definitely capture a crowd. Hear em and laugh, love, cry and be entertained!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Formed in mid-2003, Ziggy, Karissa and Pow, met over the internet, sharing tunes and tones.
Ziggy and Pow were both part of a band, with a definitely rich genre, and decided to go acoustic when they heard of a radio stations acoustic group competition. Ziggy, being the internet geek that he is, had a lot of friends from the cyber world and that was how he met Karissa. Being bestfriends for 2 years, Ziggy invited Karissa to front the group as the lead vocalist. Although the group did not pursue with the gig, they stayed friends and shared their music with each other and with other friends, as well. To date, the group consistently meets up and continues to play and record their songs.
