-Exclusive/Leasing rights is available for all instrumentals. All instrumentals labeled SOLD cannot be resold or purchased.

Exclusive Rights:
Beat may be used for any and all commercial purposes, including but not limited to, commercial recordings, radio broadcast, and public performances. Buyer will recieve full length beat as well as the beat tracked out as individual waves. Once the exclusives rights are purchased for an instrumental the beat will be listed as SOLD and will no longer be available for purchase.
Leasing Rights:
Beat may be used for non-profit promotional use or for demos. All leases available for $25. Buyer will recieve a high quality mp3 or wav of the instrumental (depending on preference). Beat still available for re-sell until exclusive rights are purchased.
