My name is ABYSS. I'm not part of band or group, but I am part of a company (G28 Records Ltd). I produce my own tracks, sometimes expressing myself vocally on them.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I stumbled into the Music.
I met up with an old friend I've known since Primary School. We hadn't seen each other for a couple of years. I soon discovered he could rap, and rap well. This guy could freestyle for days. One day we were discussing it and came up with a plan that I would learn to make Music and become his Producer.
Time passed and that's exactly what happened. I was making decent beats and he was rapping on 'em. But, for whatever reasons, he just stopped coming by and recording, while I continued to make beats. Eventually I got bored of listening to my library of instrumentals (which was growing rapidly). So I picked up a pen and started writing.
My rapping was still weak back then though. But my writing was deep.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I was performing at few venues around London but stopped for a while because I didn't feel I was where I needed to be. I decided to get back in the studio and get my Quality up. It's up.
