A Beautiful Disaster
A Beautiful Disaster is basically one kid screwing around with electronic music, sampling, and live instruments for his own enjoyment. Hope you like it...
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Umm... short recording history:
The first album, "Under The Purple Skies of Summer: Night" or simply "Night" for short, was recorded over the summer of 2007 in my basement home studio. The album was written and recorded during daily nighttime sessions, thus affecteing the overall dark and shifting undertones which define the collection. Similarly, the songs are meant to be listened to at night for full effect, hopefully conjuring up the same ethereal visions which inspired it. I'd recommend listening to the album in order if you have the time.
New Stuff: A second "album" is currently in the works, experimenting more with sampling and overall "lighter" music. I've basically had enough with the overly moody stuff and am writing more upbeat and audibly pleasant (hopefully) music.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I personally play live, but not with this particular music.
