Young Curl aka youngin aka da cool kid former Cash Money Records member was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on December 5, 1986. Young Curl has been involved in the music industry since he was eight years old. He witnessed his first live tour when he was only thirteen which was the Cash Money Millionaires and the Ruff Ryders tour. Cash Money Records owners Bryan and Ronald Williams agreed to take Young Curl on the tour so he could gain some experience in the business. Young Curl's first real break came shortly after the tour, a few years later when Young Curl signed his first major record deal with Cash Money Records. He was then featured on his first international debut which was the Birdman's album titled "Fastmoney." Young Curl has also been featured in both the Ozone and the Source Magazines for the material he put out during his stay at Cash Money Records. Ozone Magazine has even went as far as to say that Youngin is a combination of all the Hotboyz in one. Young Curl has also had the opportunity to work with T-Mix, a producer who has produced a great amount of Eightball and MJG earlier material. T-Mix has also produced the Hustler's music single off Lil Wayne's "The Carter 2", and also the Stuntin like my Daddy single, off of Lil Wayne and the Birdman album titled "Like Father Like son". Young Curl Has also had the opportunity to work with other great producers such as Mannie Fresh and Deezle, who co-produced Lil Wayne's first single titled "Lollipop" from the Carter 3 album.
