Withered Sun is a six piece melodic death metal band from Rhode Island. With their roots streaming from Gothenburg bands such as At the Gates, In Flames, and Dark Tranquility, Withered Sun takes pain and beauty and combines them into a melodious composition. Filled with harmonies, aggression, and anguish, Withered Sun takes melodic death, doom, and a bit of thrashy folk to create an art work never before heard in Rhode Island.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We like to play at Club Hell in Providence, and Metal Thursday in Worcester. The crowd is often very metal oriented and that's what we like to see. We're always looking to
