With their roots streaming from Gothenburg bands such as At the Gates, In Flames, and Dark Tranquility, Withered Sun takes pain and beauty and combines them into a melodious composition. Filled with harmonies, aggression, and anguish, Withered Sun takes melodic death, doom, and a bit of thrashy folk to create an art work never before heard in Rhode Island.
