Wade has been playing and singing music since he was a young boy in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During a stint in the Navy, Wade met Conway Twitty at a USO show. Conway heard him sing and encouraged him to pursue his singing career. Since then Wade has traveled all over the United States and Canada performing. Wade has a very unique voice and is an established song writer, writing a lot of his own music. He has previously released an album in Europe to rave reviews and is currently working with Kimo Forrest of Ohana Music Group.
The Hill Brothers, Ray, Rocky and Jeff, have played music together since they were young. They have played all over East Tennessee for years as members of the Southern Comfort Band. The group performed in various places in the Pigeon Forge, TN area. Many performances were held at the theme park called Silver Dollar City. This park was purchased by Dolly Parton and is now known as Dollywood. They have opened for several groups over the years and have played all types of music including Country, Southern Rock, Blues, Gospel and Blue Grass.
Charles Byrd comes from a musical family also playing all over East Tennesse with his brothers playing rock music. Charles, a very talented bass player began playing the mandolin traveling all over Tennessee with a blue grass band.
Tim Cook is an inspiring young musician who has played with several local hometown bands has become an addition to this talented group. Corey Lester is a very young talented musician.
Corey was raised around music all his life. What a great voice and talented piano player. Corey has traveled with the Hinson family and was tinkering around instruments as a child with the Southern Comfort Band. What an addition to this group of musicians.
Wade Sims, Rocky Hill and Jeff Hill have known each other for years. As time went by, their paths crossed again at a local event. To their surprise they were reunited on stage once again. This sound just clicked from the start and the group Midnight Rain was formed.
