We are a band made up of 3 producers who got arround a few years ago to produce urban pop in Colombia. Our team consist of Nacho Riveros, bass player and producer, Luis Chereno, trumpeteer and arranger, and Andres De La Espriella, guitar player, engineer and producer.Band/artist history
We started when we decided to create a small producer group that could tackle different genres of latin american music, especially caribbean, and created the artist name Vinyloop, that also creates chill out and lo-fi. Our sound and style started to get recognition, and during the pandemic of 2020 we optimized our workflow in order to deliver to our clients even when working from a distance.Your musical influences
Since we're a team of 3, our influences vary! Nacho is more the Jazz guy with a lot of experience in Pop and Salsa. Andres is the Rock guy, with heavy Blues and Folk influences as well. Luis is the more latino, big band arranger, with influences of mexican music too! We've got a little bit of everything.What equipment do you use?
We record on a Focusrite Clarett 8preX and a Scarlett 8pre. We have a live studio, so we can record real instruments like percussion and strings, or even drums, to our tracks. Fully functional 16 channels of live recording!Anything else?
We are open to try anything new, even custom made beats, if you like our work!
