Good Feeling Good Feeling
two-and-a-half minutes of loud guitars and a drummer trying to kill the drumkit, oh, and some Queen-inspired harmonies in the middle eight, phew!
Colewell Bay Colewell Bay
started off with a bass groove and built the song from there, I like this one alot - it's got it all... groove, crunching riffs, sing-along choruses and a solo that doesn't outstay it's welcome.
Drug Of Dreams Drug Of Dreams
inspired by Cream/Hendrix/60s rock type riffage, but ended up a bit different. really cool groove to this one and some trippy vocals too.
Being Reckless (is fun) Being Reckless (is fun)
classic rock territory, guitars are loud and in your face, sing-along chorus.

Velatones were based in Newcastle Upon Tyne between around late 1999 till summer 2004 (ish). Inspired by 60s/70s rock and punk aggression, Velatones knocked out some tuneful songs combining big riffs, hooky choruses and ever bigger guitar solos.Have you performed in front of an audience?gigging was where Velatones were always best. Many gigs played in the North East region and the odd gig further afield in Cumbria, Leeds and Edinburgh.
