Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Life seasons an artist. While musical influences settle early, material for songs is ever-renewing. I wrote music two decades ago and then stopped. It's time to catch up.
Your musical influences
English: Mark Knopfler, Bob Dylan, Don Henley.
German: Udo Lindenberg, Wolfgang Niedecken, Laith Al-Deen.
What equipment do you use?
Lots of digital tools: Cubase, Toontracks, Native Instruments, East-West.
Anything else?
I write and record in my own studio in Long Island. I've been everywhere but feel most at home on or near salt water.
