Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Welcome to the library of INSTRUMENTALS by TurfQuake Beats!! We specialize in SAMPLE LOOPS, HEAVY HIP HOP DRUMS, SYNTHS and other VST instruments. Brandon Prince (founder of TurfQuake Beats) started playing with a small drum machine around 2002-2003 back when 50 cent and G-unit were just starting to get a buzz out in California. Heavily inspired by DR. DRE, 50 CENT, LUDACRIS, KANYE WEST, DANNY BROWN, ASAP FERG, ASAP ROCKY, A TRIBE CALLED QUEST, MOS DEF, THE WHOLE EAST COAST MOVEMENT BACK IN THAT DAY, E-40 and more, Brandon couldn't help but to tap into the world of music. Attending THE CITRUS COLLEGE SOUND RECORDING PROGRAM in Azusa around 2007, Brandon learned a lot about TWEAKING SOUND, SLICING SAMPLES AND RHYTHM PATTERNS , that pretty much solidified what was already learned during earlier years of COMPOSING music.
