TonyBoy is the C.E.O. of the Las Vegas based independent record label Six One Entertainment. He is also the flagship artist of the label. He is currently working on his debut cd "Dance With The Devil" slated for release in February.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Well, I started rapping about 4 years ago after I got shot(I know that's so cliche'!), mainly out of boredom. I realized I wasn't half bad and just kept working on my craft. I started networking around Vegas and started to implant myself in the underground scene. Met a lot of rappers, a lot of producers. I got down with my crew Camp 61 and we been goin hard ever since.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We're all over Sin City. I'd say the most special moment was the first time I performed live. The crowd was really receptive. It was a great night. I'll never forget it
