I'm a Singer-Songwriter who loves playing live and recording original songs on my Boss Micro-BR 4-track. My style is mainly acoustic, with some rock, psychedelia and blues thrown into the mix. My main aim though is to write great songs, no matter what the style. It's a magic formula you really have to work at (unless you're Burt Bacharach, Jimmy Webb or Brian Wilson...).
All the songs I post are predominately written and played by me, but I'm lucky to have worked with some great musical collaborators including Mike Fife, James Higgins, Marcelo Prive, Mike McGrath, Dave Berry, Mark Ros, and Bodie Sickler. Thanks guys!
I'm also guitarist & co-songwriter in the band Jemima's Kite, with James Higgins, Mike Fife and Geir Alfsen. We're currently working on our 6th album.
Thanks for looking and listening!

Your musical influences
Kate Bush, Donovan, Prefab Sprout, Roxy Music, ELO, Gram Parsons, Nick Lowe, The Beach Boys, Glen Campbell, David Sylvian, Marc Bolan, Jeff Buckley, Nick Drake, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, The Smiths, The Band, Joni Mitchell, Small Faces, Buffalo Springfield.
What equipment do you use?

Anything else?
"I AM here, and it DOES make sense. I came back to 1955 with the
you from 1985 to get a book back from Biff. So once we got the book
back, you...that is the YOU from 1985...were in the DeLorean when it
got struck by lightning and you got sent back to 1885!"
"1885? It's a very interesting story, Future Boy, but
there's one little thing that doesn't make sense. If the me in the
future is now in the past, how could you possibly know about it?"

nice job on this folky tune. right up my alley. liked the soft vocal approach. nice little touch of harmony as well. puts the focus right on the lyric.
A surprising and very compelling new path. I am intrigued. Well done, Sir!
Not sure how I missed this gem... It's great!
Great song, great production, LOVE the guitars on the coda.

Quite an ambitious project. A labor of love indeed. Great track fellas. A fun father and son project.
