Jatory 'ASB' Perry, and Avery 'Billions' Baird, are two breakthrough artist on the come-up. Their styles are something fresh, and new to the game. They're two different type of artists, whose work and craft blend into a marvel of musical harmony. Tory, who goes by 'ASB'(Always Spittin Bars/ prev. All Star Boi), and occasionally his moniker 'Tory daVinci', was born Dec 25th, 1995 on Mountain Air Force Base, in Boise,Idaho. His mom and dad were both in the Air Force, so he was a military brat, and moved from location to location. Moving from Japan, he ended back up in the states, this time relocated to Las Vegas Nevada, where he would meet his fellow group member at Findlay Middle School in 2008. They were both in the 8th grade, and had two classes together. Since Jatory was new to the school, he didn't have many friends. He worked away around the school, getting more and more known and familiar. But as he will tell you, people really started raising their eyebrows when he made the middle school's basketball team. To top it off, he went to school and handed out CD's of him rapping. This, attracted Avery Baird, and they soon exchanged contact info. Soonafter, Baird called Perry one night, and asked how to use FL STUDIO. And Perry, even though not a master, knew a little from what he tought himself. So from then, Baird would call, and Perry would give him tips, and tutorials, and show him the ropes. Baird's beats would get better and better as time went on. Now they're the producing-duo, that brings a new a style to the world. Even though they are more on the rapping-side/and are rappers first, they still enjoy making beats. Perry has been known to produce most of his own songs, making him an ultimate threat. They are unique, quick-witted, and fun-loving artist who are just trying to breakt their way into the industry.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We met in 8th grade, 2008, at Findlay Middle School. Avery found out that I made music, when I was handing out CD's at school. And you know, we exchanged contact info, and he called me one day, and asked me how to use FL STUDIO. And every since then, we been killin it.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
nah we dont play live YET.
