Band/artist history

Based in Prague, Czech Republic, Mickey Price and Johnnie Floyd formed The DAT in 2013 after 2 years of collaboration during which they explored and experimented with music genres outside of their hip-hop backgrounds. The DAT sound embraces the fundamental elements of hip hop, soul, funk, rock, electronic music and blues, to name a few.
