The American Space Cadets

We are a rock trio set out to play our music to as many people as we can. It's nothing flashy. It's just fun music and good friends. This is "The American Space Cadets".
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The year was 2004. Andrew meets Dylan on the city's local rock board. With the initial topic of music, they decide to progress the conversation into action. They start playing with bassist, Dustin Deshazo in a band called "A Missed Right", a project that had a lot of potential, yet never left the comfort of Dustin's living room. Things seemed to come to a monumental halt. However, in the Fall of 2005, Dylan moved next door to Andrew and the two started playing music again as a two piece. They were both determined that they were going to perform one way or another. With only three undeveloped songs and a strong desire to share their music, they began perfecting a style. Only a few months later, Steve, who happened to be a co-worker of Dylan and Andrew, overheard them talking about their project. He expressed his interest to be a part of it and later came to meet with the two in the practice space. Things went very well. Everyone seemed to have the same frame of mind about the material and it has progressed from that point. From here, Andrew and Stephen moved to Washington DC and after taking over a year away from the band hooked up with their current drummer Kevin via an ad through CraigsList. Andrew and Kevin immediately hit it off on the phone drinking beer and talking music for 6 hours the first night. After a full meeting which included Stephen, it was decided to start the band up again and see if there was any fire left. Not only is there fire, but it's burning balls hot. The band is set and is current with Andrew doing guitar and vocals, Stephen on bass and vocals with Kevin providing the drum work (vocals are a mystery with him however). After a few practices the band is already knocking out their material and will continue to play to get tighter and better as a band.
