The AJ Peace Project
In the late 1960's into the early 1970's I was a teenager, still in school and clueless about what to do with my life. I had yet to learn guitar but spent hours in the front room playing on the family upright piano. In my imagination I was in a band called "The AJ Peace Project". For some reason I thought the most important recording label in the world was United Artists. With biro in hand I created their first platinum selling album. All these decades later (and with help from ai) this is my attempt to reimagine what that band may have sounded like if countless dollars and the talent of actual producers had been poured into these dreams! It is hopelessly naive and disconnected, but as these songs have played in my head for over 50 years it was tme for their excorcism.
