Terminal Frost is a metal band out of Philadelphia. Formed in early 2016, they ignite a unique blend of Melodic and Thrash Metal. There are also other influences that make this band a form of Progressive Metal.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Terminal Frost started from ex-Imminent Death members, Ryan - Guitar and DM Dave - Drums, with the addition of Austin C. on a 2nd guitar. From previous collaborations, the chemistry of Ryan and Dave and the skills built up over the years made a new and even better sound than Imminent Death.
The songs written were originally intended for 2 guitars. Finding a bass player interested in playing a more complex form of Metal was not easy. The band soon became something even more fascinating when Austin switched to Bass Guitar. The band is now a 3-piece Progressive metal act, a rare thing in the Philadelphia Metal scene.
