I'm guitarist/songwriter/singer in that order. I have been playing and writing stuff for about forty years. I played in quite few bands but not in one now, just recording my stuff at home
Band/artist history
Got my first guitar at age 11, a blonde Hofner president which was nearly as big as me I have played in quite few bands in England and on the continent, doing psychedelic country rock and power pop sort of stuff, always quite original. Since I moved to the south of England I don't have so many contacts in the music scene, so I am recording my own stuff and putting it about. I am going to record backing tracks and get a live set together so I can go out on my own, I would also like to play with bands if the chance comes up. I am seriously into recording and producing music at home and I am trying to develop some ideas to help other local artists

I still play with a few bands on sessions and jams.

The Beatles, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Small Faces, The Kinks, Peter Green, Clapton, Santana, Django Reinhardt, Grateful Dead, Ry Cooder, Little Feat, Elvis Costello, many more.....
What equipment do you use?
I have a few guitars, nothing special. I am recording with Reaper, a very flexible and professional digital audio sequencer
