Jared White, better known as Jay Lite, was born on a cool spring evening in Hollis. Raised in Hollis, he always stood out with his own unique swag and always knew who he was, where he came from, and where he was going. The love of performing and entertaining others instilled within him a desire to be involved with the music industry. In Elementary School listening to other rappers. Jay Lite started to upload his music to an online community site called Youtube. People that went to his school were on the site so he started to get feedback for his music from people at school. When he started to get more serious with rap, he started his Myspace page and launched JayLiteXL.com. He and his best friend, Ant, started to do shows in 2008 and he started his record label TGF Money Gang Inc. They are unique on the stage because of their energy and the love for music and dance. Jay Lite has accomplish a lot just to be at the young age of 12 and met plenty of rappers he once looked up to. With his accomplishments at this young age, he feels as if he is just getting started.
