THE DETAINEES
The Detainees were formerly Mark Yanko and Kevin Dallas. We've are happy to announce that the legendary AMERICAN LESLEY JANE has not only agreed to produce our records, but also will be playing, singing and adding his own distinctive sound to our songs!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Mark Yanko and Kevin Dallas, along with Scott Barton, formed the band Dark Victory in the late eighties. The Detainees affords Mark and I a chance to concentrate on songs that would not fit into the Dark Victory canon.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We actually do not play live. The members live in separate states and so we are a virtual band.

We would like to speak out and support peace. here we are in the 21st century and we're supposed to be "civilized" and yet war goes on and on around the world.
