SubLevel07 is a musical outlet for teknofisch .... a therapeutic way to create something out of all those ideas rattling around in his head.
The music project started sometime around the end of 2007, but didn't really pick up until recently when he dove in head first and finished his first track "Distortion". Hoping to acheive a connection - to reach others by sharing his experiences through the music, the root of the project is based on spiritual struggles, and how things changed for him after becoming a Christian in 2000.
Drawing from a wide range of musical influences such as [null factor], bLANk frame, and Darkfield illuminatoR... as well as secular artists Roppongi Inc. Project and Rob Zombie, the style varies. But if you ask him what type of music he wants to make, the reply is usually the same.... "Something along the lines of a Darkwave/Goth/Industrial hybrid, but I never know what's going to happen when I start working on a project".
Other areas of influence come from sights & sounds that have stuck with him over the years from watching too many Sci-Fi movies.
The tracks listed here are temporary instrumentals, and will be reworked when the album is released sometime in 2009. The full album will be somewhat of a "compilation" featuring guest artists on lead vocals.
