We are STIFLE, a mostly-cover band from Cedar Rapids, IA, who are hoping to become fully original. We have five originals down, and proper recordings are in the works.

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
oh yeah! we've got several local places here in Cedar Rapids that more or less have us locked in. Our favorite place so far had been 3rd Street Live, but due to the '08 Flood, they're not in operation.
Your musical influences
Alice In Chains, Sevendust, Fear Factory, Brother Cane, Thrice, Pearl Jam...all kinds of shit. Our members all kinda have their own tastes that have a strange way of coming together.

Hatch - Throat & lungs.
Gerg - Lead Guitars
Turk - Rhythm Guitars, backing vox
Joe - Bass, extra guitars
John - Drums, backing vox
