My name is Steven kick and I was born and raised in Southern California. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley listening to a lot of different music. My mom being a country girl and my dad being a Doo Wop listener I had a very diverse background when it came to what I listened to. I was introduced to HipHop at a very young age by my older brothers. I loved the way the beat would make you bob your head. I then later was introduced to Metal and Punk music by Friends as I got older. By the time I was in Jr. High My Mp3 player had everything you could think of from Rap HipHop, R&B, Oldies, Metal, Classical, Country and EDM Music. I just enjoy music so much. The feeling you get when you hear a sound or a song. Music is our soundtrack to life.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Iv'e been producing music for about 10 years. Starting out with Acid Pro (Loops). Very basic stuff and slowly got into Reason. I play Guitar, Piano and I do vocals from time to time.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?

Your musical influences
As for HipHop I like a lot of Underground music such as Black Hippy, Funk Volume, Slaughter House. And of course Eminem, Tupac, Easy E.
I listen to a lot of Classic Rock such as Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd, The Animals.. Etc.
I am also really in to the EDM sounds such as Trance, D&B, Dub Step Hardstyle.
I love music in general, I feel you have to have an open mind when your producing!
