Stefan Bartels-Daal the story behind The Man
Born October 18th 1991 on a small island called Aruba, Stefan first musical experience came at a very early age. He was only 9 years old when Stefan and his brother started their first band. Stefan claims this to be one of the greatest experiences to date.
When Stefan was only 14 years old he started playing for different bands and groups across the island. It comes to no surprise that Stefan began experimenting with programs like Cubase, Fruityloops and Reason, and this not without result of course.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play in a couple bands. One is a rock band and the other is a latin band.
I play the drums in those bands. But i play the piano too. Thats how a make my own music.
Your musical influences
My biggest music influence comes from Big producer TIMBALAND. He is like my biggest Idol. But Dj khaled , Scott storch , Dr Dre, are favorites too.
What equipment do you use?
For my production center where i make my beats, i uze a Workstation called "Korg TR". And a uze a drum machine AKAI 1000. I have my M-Audio midi controller. And i operate with Cubase. Yamaha Motif Es -6
Anything else?
I have allot of passion for music, I spend allot of time when i make my beats becuase i try to make the best out of it.
