they will remove it from his page if he doesnt have the clearance or rights to use the material for his profitable projects.
meaning. if he doesnt pay you, or give the proper credits to exactly where he used it. it will be deleted or resolved with legal actions

notify the soundclick administators...give them the link to his page explaining what track it is...with a link to your page with the beat or whatever hes stealing...tell them you want his song/page deleted for stealing your material
they will remove it from his page
