From the start:
Rivervixen was a one-woman band primarily, the brainchild of Leslie Mariah Andrews. The Small Wonder Experience was the proposed name of a non-musical website (circa 2003) devoted to the 1980s TV sitcom that never got launched. The name itself was shelved until it was suddenly suggested during an Open Mic night as a temporary billing for a backing band. In September 2011, the band settled on the Small Wonder Experience name permanently. Tara, Leanka and the Thom Cat became permanent members.Have you performed in front of an audience?SWE is based out of Joshua Tree, California. We have the blessing from two cast members of the original Small Wonder TV show.
