Sixx Fo "Baby Dre" a.k.a. The Witch Doktah is a one man band.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I began as a Disc Jockey in '89, spinning for older folks thru the week and the dance crowd Fri and Sat. Instructed my Maurice "DJ Phlex" Campbell(R.I.P), I learned to do the damn thang in the club and felt my life was more than just spinning a hot track. I was sent here to create them.Some of my earlier creations are listed under "SOUTH ILL".......check'em out.....too hot!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Not playing live but I plan on introducing my works to the people very soon.
Your musical influences
Maze, Parliment, Earth Wind & Fire, The JB's, Gap Band, Dr. Dre, Twista, Busta Rhymes and I have mad respect for Pharrell and his Phillopino partner.
What equipment do you use?
Whatever I can.
