Six Secrets
Six Secrets is a five peice metal act hailing from a small town located in Southeastern Kentucky. With a unique influx of both modern metal, classic thrash, and even a touch of prog, the bands music covers a large spectrum of musical tastes, reaching out to an even larger audience both in the continental United States and Europe.Have you performed in front of an audience?We do play live, but not as much lately. Most of our shows have been local to Kentucky so far ranging from our home town of Pineville to both Richmond and Lexington Kentucky.
Your musical influences
When you start looking at musical influences of five guys you get a really diversified list. The guitarists are where the heavier influences come from, both listening to bands such as As I Lay Dying, Killswitch Engage, Trivium, Devil Driver, Unearth, Soilwork, In Flames, Shadows Fall, All That Remains, and grabbing progressive influences from bands like Dream Theater, Mudvayne, and Protest The Hero. Even more progressive influence lies in our bass player, who listens to music ranging from heavy metal to jazz to funk. Both our drummer and our singer pull influence from bands like Tool, American Head Charge, A Perfect Circle, Mudvayne, and so on. So suffice it to say, there is a large amount of musical influence scattered amonf the five members that make up this band, blended into something that is both unique and listenable.What equipment do you use?
