Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I have played in a few cover bands whilst starting out, mainly grungy type stuff, Nirvana, early Incubus, drop d type of tunes. Then I moved on to more original music and concentrated writing and recording as much as I could.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Currently writing and recording our material, practicing and will be looking to be playing live soon.
Your musical influences
I really just love the guitar, no matter who plays it. For me, Jimi Hendrix was massive, that's no surprise as most guitarists would sight him as the godfather. I love the laste 60's and 70's. I own lots of old records. But mainly Led Zeppelin, Hendrix, Cream, The Who, The Stones.
Being a teenager in the 90's, grunge was massive and still is, my love for that period is endless, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Screaming Trees, Dinosaur Jr, Mudhoney, Pixies, Toadies, Built to Spill. I think I own just about everything, that was my time and still is. I think my sound comes from a mixture of both periods.
What equipment do you use?
Epiphone Les Paul 2010 Tribute, Squire Classic Vibe 50's Tele, Yamaha APX500 acoustic, Laney VH100R half stack, Marshall Master Reverb 30, plus a bunch of recording gear.
Anything else?
