Shades Of Devastation

Shades Of Devastation, a band with many names and many former members started by High School friends detirmined to bring a style of music different than the various generic Death Metal bands of the local area, dark, melodic orchestral metal. Determined to bring European Melodic Metal to America, SoD thrives to be the next brutal, yet emotional metal band that sweeps the world.

The concept, of bringing a full raged melodic metal band with the sounds of the classical symphony orchestra with romantic movements that catches the ear and heart for memorable melodies, harmonies and stories that will stay locked within all those with a open mind, to see all sorts of open styles played universally, with such balance of all the radio signals, with all the intensities, and creativity, passion, and power not seen anywhere but the underground. Step away from the shallow imagery that comes from the media of a moraless society and bring forth the artistry of the classical antiquity, sophistication, and matureness that will soon to be known as the Third Rebirth of Enlightenment, the first in over 130 years since the death of classical music and the birth of the media and the rebellion. Be there to whiteness a history in making. A power surges through the air, the battle horns sound, the journey begins, the battle begins...

Each current member has their own experiences. Still a new band, we have yet to play a live show. Located in Sacramento California, we will soon to play any local venues such as Club Retro, The Fire Escape, The Kennel Club and hopefully The Boardwalk.
