complicated lifestyles are getting boring..."
SHATiFF
The Neo-Righteous movement expands across the spectrum of fly guy rappers, gangsta rap, backpack MC's, and spiritual / political speakers; Neo-Righteousness is the intense perception of music, art, dance, fashion, and literature through the lens of hip-hop. It is a new aesthetic movement: the art of Hip-Hop. Socially, we understand what is wrong with our streets so we strive through all our artistic endeavors to address these issues accordingly. The Neo-Righteous lifestyle is the lifestyle of the wise. the wise strive to live healthy lifestyles therefore, they eat healthy, think healthy, and make healthy decisions.
SHATiFF is the leader of the Neo-Righteous movement; highly regarded as a classic MC, his lyrics are thought provoking, insightful, creative, and no less than lethal. SHATiFF is the missing pieces of Hip-Hop, the one MC who stands to shed light upon the truth and annihilate the imposters, snitches, and wannabes, who exploit ignorance and call it Hip-Hop. His predecessors include such artists as Goodie Mob, Outkast, KRS-ONE, the Wu-Tang Clan, Jay-Z, Nas, Chuck D, 50 Cent, and Black Thought. SHATiFF invites these artist to the Mecca of Howard University to discuss the current state of hip hop, unfold the plight of 'The Neo-Righteous Movement', and critique the content of his literary piece Hip Hop Chronicles. As the leader of The Neo-Righteous Movement SHATiFF will travel to Universities nation wide to bring a literary component to Hip Hop while planting the seed of neo-righteousness.
