They are listening. The question is, can they hear? A recording engineer friend of mine always harped on "in tune & in time". I feel for a solo creator, the mood & inflection is a flow controlled or not by the creative flux of the artist. How interestingly familier I find the flow of your creativity. It is as if you have fingered those minor chords, sang those haunting vocals while tending the logs burning in my fire pit beneath the redwood tree of my youth. Did you ride the rails of a Wizard to learn the truth of humanity? Did that truth leave hot, sticky, dirty, ABC gum stuck to the bottom of your sole? Guess what? That same truth can not touch the eternal beauty that lies deep within your soul.
Hay, I've got an idea, why not make your next writing experience in major chords for children with a joyful message about love & respect for Mother Earth!?!
Now if I could just take my own advice!
