Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Formed back in 2004 by schoolmates Garf the Jedi, Geloghetto and DJ Stood, Cimahi-based muslim rap collective Ruff Neck has been through hard days and nights trying to step their little feet to Bandung's hip-hop scene.
Good and bad things happened, left Garf as the last man standing.With an endless support from the pioneers like Cronik, Homicide, Mali, EyeQue, D'Army, Duke Sants and Future Streetball, Garf decided to reactivate his microphone after a poor performance in the 2007 Djarum Super Friendship Day festival. Former Ruff Neck's MC Ronin B (currently in Veterano) support him with the beats.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Bogor (hopefully), Bandung, Garut, Soreang, Majalaya, anywhere..
I did a performance with Mil-C.R.E.A.M. of FLOW.R.. they are my heroes.. it's the biggest honor to be their back up & emergency members!!
