Roscoe Foster hails from Wisconsin and is the Leader of The Rascal Theory as well as an established solo artist
I formed The Rascal Theory is 2009 to be my backing band behind the New Frequency album release. After countless reboots we finally started gigging throughout Wisconsin in 2013. Thats same year we won our first battle of the bands and cut our next album "Playing In The Streets". Soon after that I completely rebuilt the band and began working on "Wings" which we released in fall of 2015 at Rascalfest 15'. In 2017 we released " Maybe Crazy" and again went thru a rebuild toward the current lineup. In 2019, after our Summerfest debut, we started recording " Make Believe"
Funk/ Rock, and of course being from Chicago, the Blues
