Thanks again Rose for the nice comment on my song "Spin My Heart". I'm not a songwriter but when I was 15 my boyfriend at the time was a bullrider and my brother's best friend, they were involved in high school rodeo. He asked me if I would write a song about him and that's how the song came about, with the help of my guitar instructor. I wanted an upbeat swing kind of song and he did a great job helping me put it together. So glad you liked it.

Welcome to SoundClick! Great heartfelt lyrics, fine guitar work and a beaut of a voice...you've got a great combination going for you in your opening here. Your lyrics and melody were superb and relate the message clearly that we all owe a debt that only He could pay!!! I detect a strong background of folk music in the phrasing and melody. It reminds me of the early sixties, Peter, Paul and Mary, The Kingston Trio and Bob Dylan....and that worked very well with this insightful song.....All the stars, I enjoyed the listen very much!!!!!

Thank you for letting me know which song you liked, it seems to be the favorite song my page. I was only 12 when I recorded it. I'm almost 30 now and sorry to say that I'm no longer singing. I'm married now with 3 wonderful children and I sing to them occasionally but that's about it. If you post anymore songs in the future please let me know as I really loved your one and only song, it has a powerful message and touched my heart.
