While checking out the Soundclick charts this morning to see where my little tune had landed and where my friends are on the charts today, I came across the name Razzy Bailey. I thought to myself, no way! I wondered if this could possibly be the same Razzy Bailey I knew and loved in the '80's? Imagine my surprise when I started reading and learned it is indeed the one and only Razzy Bailey! I remember well when you first hit the big time country music scene. You set the country music world on fire and did things to the country music charts that no one had ever done before and some that no one has succeeded in accomplishing even to this day! I love (and probably have) all of your songs, but "Friends" was my all time favorite of your songs. I also loved "What Time Do You Have To Be Back To Heaven" and "9 999 999 Tears" Geez! Agree with everything, SundownSam. I actually saw Mr. Bailey on Facebook a few years ago, and when I mentioned my favorite song (After The Great Depression) , he was nice enough to post a link on his page so I could hear it for the first time in many years. I'm not on facebook anymore, so I havent heard it since, but I will always remember watching the video on CMT and thinking what an awesome vocal, and what a great hook it had. One of my all time favorite songs!
