Around a dozen tunes were penned and were in various forms of completion when focus was redirected towards the no-budget, early production of BZ. The best preserved of Reverend Jim-era materials, Beer for Breakfast, and Texas Hippie, saw inclusion on BZ later that year. At present, no recorded document of any number of Reverend Jim staples, including Closet Flamer, Get Neked, or Baby Cut off My Penis are known to have survived the ages, and are regrettably feared lost to fading memories. In retrospect, Vidor, a ridiculous social mockery of media-induced race baiting, was itself the track the propelled the speedy, post-Cheesy Drip rebound that was Reverend Jim. That track is preserved as a live Animal House rendition in addition to its official 4-track offering.
